Dover Area School District Implements Skyward Student Management System

New Student Information System Makes Data Streamlined

Dover, PA (June 23, 2016) – The Dover Area School District has launched their Skyward School Management System to streamline student information. The district aims to unify operations and improve data for teachers and students with the support of the acclaimed management solution.

Before transitioning to Skyward, the district encountered inefficiencies caused by multiple disconnected systems. With student data demands increasing in Pennsylvania, the district was required to enter the same information in multiple systems, resulting in data duplication and potential inaccuracies. Going live with Skyward, the Dover Area School District will be able to connect processes making procedures streamlined and less cumbersome.

"Skyward's integrated system will make our district's student information interface more efficient and accurate," said Mr. Kenneth Cherry, Superintendent of the Dover Area School District. "Skyward allows us to work smarter using state-of-the-art software and processes that have impressive track records with many districts for many years."

Skyward serves more than 6 million students and 1,800 school districts worldwide. For more than 30 years, Skyward has provided industry-leading school administrative software that empowers educators to effectively integrate, manage and analyze all critical education data, including student information, academic performance, finance and human resources. For more information on Skyward administrative software and IT consulting services for K-12 districts, visit www.skyward.com
